Trade your time for a key to the sauna.
We're opening up a handful of energy exchange spots — sauna hosts who show up on a fixed shift each week and, in return, get to call this place theirs. 7 spots are open right now, with more coming once winter hits.
On shift, you'll be
- Giving new guests the tour
- Checking people in
- Chatting with guests, making people feel at home
- Filling drinks and sauna buckets
- Keeping the space at its best — we're a wet space, so counters get water on them fast and we like them kept spotless (our cleaners handle the deep clean every night)
- Helping the Aufguss host with prep
- Holding down the fort when someone on staff steps away
- Generally: being helpful. If you see something that needs doing, do it
You're always paired with an Ærth staff member on shift — you're never running things solo. We'll train you on the sauna, cold plunge, the layout for tours, our booking system, storage, and helping the Aufguss masters make ice balls.
